Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all zazen Shower Filters and adapters, ensuring they are free from defects from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid provided:
- The product is properly installed and maintained as directed,
- The product is not modified, and
- Consumable parts are replaced and installed within the recommended timeframes and guidelines.
- Our Shower Filters and Adapters are designed for compatibility with the Australian and New Zealand standard fitting of a 15mm male spigot. The warranty does not cover use with non-standard or international fittings.
Proof of purchase will be required. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
