Service Description
Focused Multi-Body Assessment & Healing This is a pre-recorded remote healing session delivered via email once complete. Please allow up to 2 business days from your booking date for your session to be completed and delivered, although most sessions are finished within 24hrs. During the session, Dr Cass uses energetic assessment, kinesiology-based analysis and intuitive guidance to explore the underlying factors contributing to your primary emotional, energetic, behavioural or physical concern. Assessment may explore the mental, emotional, spiritual, etheric and physical aspects of wellbeing, including trauma patterns, limiting beliefs, unprocessed emotions, energetic stagnation, inherited influences, environmental stressors and other contributors to imbalance, with a focused rather than comprehensive assessment. Where appropriate, the session may also identify physiological factors requiring further investigation, including mineral imbalances, toxic burdens, dietary intolerances, parasites, pathogens and other health-related stressors. Using her assessment process, Dr Cass identifies the most appropriate healing supports for your current situation. Recommendations may include homeopathy, herbal medicine, supplements, frequency medicines, frequency baths, prayer-based healing, lifestyle changes, nutritional support or additional professional support where appropriate. Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Earth Water Love. We are honoured to support you and your animals on your healing journey. As a small practice, we accept a limited number of clients each week to ensure each consultation and healing session receives the time, care and attention it deserves. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment or healing session. Cancellations If you need to cancel your booking, please provide at least **48 hours' notice**. * Cancellations made **more than 48 hours** before your scheduled appointment or healing session are eligible for a full refund. * Cancellations made **within 48 hours** are non-refundable, as your booking reserves dedicated time within our schedule that is unlikely to be filled at short notice. Rescheduling We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. * Bookings may be rescheduled **free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice**. * Rescheduling requests made within **24 hours** of your appointment or scheduled healing session will be considered at our discretion and are subject to availability. Preparation To provide the highest quality care, preparation for your consultation or healing session may begin prior to your appointment. We kindly ask that any changes to your booking be made as early as possible. Late Forms & Information Please ensure all required history forms, medical records and supporting information are submitted by the requested timeframe. Delays in receiving this information may result in your consultation or healing session needing to be rescheduled. Emergencies We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be considered with compassion and fairness.
