Extended Holistic Veterinary Follow-up Assessment Comprehensive ongoing support for animals with complex, chronic or evolving health conditions. This service is designed for existing patients requiring a more in-depth review due to multiple health concerns, chronic disease, significant changes in health, or cases requiring substantial adjustments to their treatment plan. Dr Cassandra will undertake a comprehensive review of your pet's progress, current concerns, veterinary records and treatment response before performing an extended holistic veterinary assessment. This includes a more in-depth kinesiology assessment integrated with holistic healing to help identify ongoing physical, emotional and energetic imbalances and guide your pet's continued care. Updated recommendations may include adjustments to homeopathic or herbal prescriptions, nutritional support, supplements, diet, lifestyle, healing kits, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), or other integrative therapies where appropriate. Following your assessment, you'll receive an updated treatment plan, personalised recommendations and any relevant care notes via email. What happens next? Please submit your completed follow-up form together with any recent veterinary records, laboratory results, imaging reports or other relevant information before your assessment. Your updated assessment and recommendations will be emailed within 7 days of receiving your completed intake form and all relevant veterinary records. This service includes one follow-up email to clarify your treatment plan.
