Follow-up Holistic Veterinary Assessment

Service Description

Holistic Veterinary Follow-up Assessment Ongoing holistic support to review your pet's progress and refine their personalised treatment plan. This service is available for existing patients who have previously completed an Initial Holistic Veterinary Assessment. Dr Cassandra will review your pet's progress, any changes in symptoms, and your response to the current treatment plan. As part of your follow-up, she will perform a brief kinesiology assessment (approximately 15 minutes) integrated with holistic healing to help identify any ongoing physical, emotional or energetic imbalances and guide your pet's continued care. Your updated recommendations may include adjustments to homeopathic or herbal prescriptions, nutritional support, supplements, diet, lifestyle, healing kits, or other integrative therapies, depending on your pet's current needs. Following your assessment, you'll receive a brief written summary outlining your updated treatment plan and recommendations. What happens next? Please submit any progress updates, completed follow-up forms, recent veterinary records or test results before your scheduled assessment where possible. Your updated assessment and recommendations will be emailed within 7 business days of receiving your completed intake form and all relevant veterinary records. This service includes one follow-up email to clarify your treatment plan.
