This reserves your place in Dr Cass's schedule. You do not need to wait until your review date to submit your hair sample. After booking, you will receive hair collection instructions and your laboratory form so you can collect and send your animal's sample as soon as possible. Laboratory processing generally takes 3 weeks. Once your results are available, Dr Cass will review and interpret the results and prepare your personalised recommendations and action plan. Your completed report and recommendations will be delivered by email, usually within 2 business days of your scheduled review date.
