Service Description
Initial Holistic Veterinary Assessment A comprehensive, personalised assessment integrating holistic veterinary medicine, kinesiology and holistic healing to support your animal's health and wellbeing. Your Initial Holistic Veterinary Assessment combines holistic veterinary medicine with kinesiology and holistic healing to create an individualised treatment plan tailored to your pet's unique needs. Before your assessment, you'll complete a detailed intake form and upload any relevant veterinary records, including blood test results, imaging, specialist reports or previous clinical notes. Dr Cassandra will carefully review your pet's medical history, lifestyle, diet, environment, emotional wellbeing and current health concerns before undertaking a holistic veterinary assessment. Your assessment is completed in Dr Cassandra's own time, allowing each case to be considered thoroughly without the time constraints of a live consultation. A kinesiology assessment and holistic healing session are also incorporated to help identify underlying physical, emotional and energetic imbalances that may be influencing your pet's health. Following your assessment, you'll receive a personalised treatment plan via email, which may include recommendations for nutrition, homeopathy, herbal medicine, supplements, flower essences, dietary and environmental modifications, healing kits, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), or additional testing where appropriate. Your assessment includes: * Comprehensive review of your pet's history and veterinary records * Holistic veterinary assessment * Kinesiology assessment * Personalised treatment plan * Individualised recommendations and ongoing care guidance Ongoing Care Many chronic conditions require ongoing support as your pet's health changes over time. Follow-up assessments allow treatment plans and recommendations to be adjusted as needed. For pets requiring more comprehensive support, you may also wish to consider the Holistic Veterinary Healing Package, which includes an Initial Holistic Veterinary Assessment, Advanced Kinesiology Session, Quantum Healing for owner, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and a follow-up in 4 weeks. The date selected is your scheduled assessment date. Please complete all intake forms promptly so relevant veterinary records can be requested. Provided all required information is received at least 72 hours beforehand, your treatment plan will be emailed on your scheduled assessment date.
Cancellation Policy
**Holistic Veterinary Assessment Booking Policy** Thank you for choosing Earth Water Love. As a small practice, we accept a limited number of veterinary cases each week to ensure every patient receives the time, care and attention they deserve. **Booking & Payment** Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your scheduled assessment date. Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance to allow sufficient time for your animal's case to be prepared and relevant veterinary records to be gathered. **Cancellations** Cancellations made more than **48 hours** before your scheduled assessment date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within **48 hours** are non-refundable, as your booking reserves dedicated time within our schedule. **Rescheduling** Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge with at least **24 hours' notice**. Requests made within 24 hours will be considered at our discretion and are subject to availability. **Forms & Veterinary Records** Following booking, please complete all requested intake forms as soon as possible. Dr Cassandra will then request relevant medical records from your animal's regular or referring veterinarian. All required information and veterinary records must be received at least **72 hours before your scheduled assessment date**. If essential information has not been received by this time, your assessment may be delayed. **Preparation** Preparation and review of your animal's case may begin before the scheduled assessment date. If significant professional work has already been undertaken before a cancellation is requested, any refund may be reduced to reflect work already completed. **Emergencies** We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be considered with compassion and fairness. Initial assessments are completed remotely. The date selected when booking is your scheduled assessment date and does not require you to attend a live consultation. Veterinary services are currently available within Australia only.
